Returns and Exchanges
I appreciate your business and therefore want to ensure as positive an experience as possible when you purchase jewelry from the Littlest Friend. If you are not satisfied with your order once you have received it, please contact me within 5 days and we can work together towards the best outcome for you, whether an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage costs). All refunds given are contingent on the items being returned in their original condition.
Once an item has shipped, the Littlest Friend is no longer responsible for its care. Unfortunately, I cannot refund money on a purchase that is lost, damaged, etc. in transit to the buyer.
Your jewelry comes in a USA-made Kraft gift box, wrapped with colored twine and a tied with a button. Business cards are also included with each order; please contact me if you would like more than one card shipped with your purchase.
All orders will be shipped in 3-5 business days through USPS, unless otherwise specified. I provide tracking for all orders and will send that to you as soon as your order is shipped.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Please be sure to store your jewelry in a safe place, and do not submerge them in water. Please note that plated jewelry components need special care! The plating will age and wear over time, but its lifespan can be extended by minimizing contact to chemicals (e.g., hairspray, cleaning products), sweat, and oils/perfumes.
If there is an item you love, but has, sadly, already been sold, please feel free to contact me about recreating an item– I may have more supplies to put another together! If not, we can dialogue about creating a similar piece.
